Day 2 in Miami

So, the parties next door and two and three and four doors down continued until about 4 am, but I was so tired from waking up SUPER early the night before that I didn't mind. We got to sleep in until 9:30!! It was fantastic and something I have taken for granted for a while. My outfit for day 2:

No, I'm not trying to pose, the wind was INSANE. This was by the pool at the Decoplage condos. This day we went to David's cafe which is a cute Cuban spot, with awesomely strong authentic Cuban coffee (colada). The restaurant itself is nothing special design-wise, but I had to snap a shot of this really pretty tile they had throughout:

After we had came back from lunch at David's and walking around a bit exploring we headed to the beach since it was so beautiful outside. I was a bit saddened by the fact that I did not get a tan since we were only at the beach for about two hours. I couldn't even tell you how many girls I counted getting baked in the sun, but I can tell you I would rather get airbrushed than get cancer and wrinkles from laying in the sun for 10 hours. Ladies, it is not cute... 

Anyway...

                I can't wait until our next beach adventure so I can wear these adorable footless sandals!!

The super famous Versace mansion on Ocean, a couple of years ago it was a very pretty restaurant I am not sure about what it is now.

In the evening we went to a local bar and played and watched some pool. Nothing crazy, but it was so great to be on a date just me and my man :)
