I hope everyone is having a great weekend, we are visiting family and friends for a long weekend. I wanted to post photos of everything I was packing, but things got a bit hectic and crazy thus I did not get the chance. I did pack quite a bit of my new pieces, but only wore three different outfits. Yesterday we went out to dinner with some friends to Mortons Steakhouse. I must say, the food and service was pretty good and the wine selection was amazing. However, I do not understand the hype of this place and why it's as expensive as it is. Anyway, I wore the faux leather leggings and the green blouse my husband picked out, with a tailored black wool blazer/jacket and black pumps. This morning I wore them again a little bit dressed down for breakfast with family. I paired them with my denim shirt from H&M and oversized wool collar vest, I stupidly wore them with the pumps from last night which my feet were still sore from. I truly apologize for the terrible quality of this photo, I haven't purchased a great camera yet:

This denim shirt has a good fit, but I would suggest getting a size larger here $29.95
Later on this evening I plan of doing these leggings with a checked shirt with a grey sweater over it and possibly boots because it is SO cold here on the east coast!
